What You’ll Do
As a Purchase Advisor, you’ll be the single point of contact for your guests, from greeting to delivery. Your job is to create a world-class experience that’s modern, respectful, and seamless. Responsibilities include:
Engaging with customers both online and in-store with professionalism and authenticity
Conducting needs assessments, product presentations, and test drives
Using VinSolutions CRM to follow up with prospects, appointments, and active customers
Presenting lease and finance options transparently with clarity
Introducing protection products and accessories with genuine value-based selling
Coordinating delivery, follow-up, and post-sale customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience required: retail or customer-facing roles highly encouraged
Automotive retail experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Passion for helping people and solving problems
A desire to grow personally and professionally
Comfort with digital tools and customer engagement technology
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
