Description of the role:

Findlay Subaru Prescott is seeking an Sales Consultant/Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while offering in-depth knowledge of our automotive products. This position involves actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing recommendations, and ultimately facilitating the sale of vehicles while delivering a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their specific automotive needs and preferences


• Provide detailed product information and demonstrations


• Close sale and achieve monthly sales goals


• Offer test drives and facilitate vehicle sales


• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions


• Maintain relationships with existing customers and cultivate new leads

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role a plus


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information effectively


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets/goals


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
