JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Fine Dining Supervisor is to make sure the shift employees are able to conduct their duties in accordance with the business needs in providing the best service to our Members and guests. This benefited position is Wednesday - Sunday position.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive service to members and guests
- Engages in friendly conversations with members and guest whenever possible
- Accurately inputs all orders into the POS terminal
- Communicate professionally and courteously verbally and in writing
- Make drinks to order in accordance with established recipes and time guidelines
- Delivers product to customer in timely manner
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
- Thanks members and guests for their patronage
- Maintains appropriate level of stock items in area
- Assist in maintaining par levels
- Keeps working area clean and organized and assists in maintaining cleanliness of surrounding areas
- Assist all co-workers as needed
- Brief team on their daily tasks prior to each shift
- Positive and proactive supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills
- Organized with strong work ethics
- Succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Responsible for cleaning tasks assigned by management
- Attend mandatory meetings and training classes as assigned
- Resolve guest complaints expeditiously and inform management
- Knowledge of ordering/purchasing, inventory control, budget management and P&L accountability
- 21 years of age or older
- Current Washington State Food Worker Card and MAST Permit certification
- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree or hospitality certification
- Must have 5 years of restaurant experience to be considered
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
A Country Club is a unique environment that contains several micro-environments and working conditions. In order to be successful in this position, the following conditions may be encountered:
- Standing for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces
- Standing at POS workstation for potentially long periods of time
- Ability to sit, crouch, and lift 35 lbs
- Ability to perform the job tasks with or without accommodations
