We are seeking additional property care technician to join our growing company on our fine gardening crew.   We specialize in the maintenance of both residential and commercial properties.  We pride ourselves in year-round employment for our property care teams. Fine Gardening Property Care Technician-Job Description Responsibilities:

1. Maintain excellent client relationships.


2. Routine weekly to biweekly flower bed clean-up.


3. Planting shrubs, perennials, and annuals.


4. Identification and replacement of plant material.

Roles

1. Establish positive relationships with clients.


2. Maintain open communication with foreman and crew.


3. Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard.
   
   
   
   1. High attention to detail.
   
   
   2. Holds self and team to maintaining high standards for job completion.
   
   
   
   


4. Aware of goals and timelines of the project.
   
   
   
   1. Completes projects/goals in a timely and efficient manner.
   
   
   
   


5. Completes required documentation and forms.

Jobs Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver’s license 


• Customer Service Skills

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience as a landscaper, groundskeeper, or similar occupation

Job Type: Seasonal and Full Time available

Wage: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
