Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bead blast components to achieve the appropriate specified finish.


• Deburr precision-machined parts to remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections.


• Perform additional finishing processes such as tumbling, belt sanding, heat treating, cleaning, and passivation as assigned.


• Visually inspect orthopedic instruments, implants, and other medical-device components for workmanship and quality.


• Use calipers, micrometers, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection.


• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements.


• Report discrepancies or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.


• Follow all company safety requirements and Seabrook Quality System procedures.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or medical device environments is a plus but not required. 

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
