Finishing Lead (Assembly Dept)

Our client, a prestigious AS9100-certified company with over 65 years of industry leadership and innovation, is seeking a skilled Finishing Lead to join their Assembly Department..

What you will do:

As a Finishing Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and supporting our finishing team. You'll provide direction and training to painters and utility workers, help with operations like glass bead and grit blasting, and jump in to assist with assembly when needed. 

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment


• Strong skills with hand and power tools


• Comfort working with pressure equipment, gauges, etc.


• Familiarity with production painting and finishing processes


• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings


• Forklift experience and certification (or willingness to get certified on the job)


• Experience leading a team or acting as a senior team member


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• A strong focus on safety and a positive, can-do attitude
