Finishing Machine/ Assembly Operator

Westaff is looking for a finishing operator in Meriden, CT to start ASAP! 

As a Finishing Operator the the employee will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently. 

Pay: starting at $19/hr 

Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am to 4:30pm (four 10-hour days with Fri, Sat, Sun off) 

Finishing Operator Responsibilities include:

• Perform various tasks regularly such as: Metal Painting/Coating, Post Cure, Buffing, De-flashing, Bonding, Engraving


• Various Machine Operations such as: Harperizer, Blaster, Ink Jet, Ink Stamp, Die-Cut, Priming, and High-Temp ovens


• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Finishing Operator Requirements include:

• High School or equivalent required.


• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within this field.
