Labelink, a leading manufacturer of custom flexographic labels and packaging, is looking for a motivated Finishing Operator to join our growing team.

Shift Information:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 pm – 12:30 am (paid 40-minute break).


• Training: Conducted on 1st Shift (6:30 am – 2:30 pm) for approximately 4 weeks.
  


• Shift Premium: $1.00 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions.


• Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met.


• Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.


• Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.


• Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus.
