Finishing Paint Technician

Your Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect parts prior to coating using mechanical or manual processes

• Apply powder paint per specifications and production schedules

• Manage powder booth cleanliness and execute efficient color changeovers

• Perform inspection on painted components to ensure coverage and adhesion

• Collaborate with team members to meet quality targets and resolve minor issues

Basic Requirements

• Hands-on experience in powder paint or similar coating environments

• Understanding of surface prep and masking techniques

• Comfort with hand tools, hanging systems, and PPE usage

• A pivot-ready mindset with a focus on safety and detail

Ideal Extras

• Experience with chemical pretreatments or wash systems

• Prior work in ISO-certified or lean production environments
