We’re seeking a Finishing Superintendent to lead our field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your Role & Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Execution

• Supervise all aspects of concrete finishing, including formwork, rebar, and placing & finishing processes.


• Ensure job site safety, productivity, and quality remain top priorities.


• Lead and coordinate finishing crews to meet schedules and company standards.


• Make key decisions regarding job startup, shutdown, and execution.


• Represent T&T Construction Management Group in job site meetings, including pre-pour discussions.

Safety & Compliance

• Conduct regular job site safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance.


• Lead weekly Toolbox Talks and ensure proper use of safety equipment.


• Assist in accident investigations and administer corrective actions as needed.

Personnel & Resource Management

• Oversee workforce scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations.


• Train and develop field personnel to meet high-quality standards.


• Manage costs and budgets for all assigned projects, ensuring financial goals are met.

Planning & Documentation

• Maintain daily job logs, tracking work completed, conditions, and any challenges.


• Review and approve job-related costs, payroll records, and subcontractor expenses.


• Develop action plans to keep projects on schedule and under budget.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Project Superintendent in tilt-up and cast-in-place concrete


• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of finishing processes, formwork, and rebar installation


• Leadership & Communication: Excellent supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications


• Certifications: OSHA 30-hour & First Aid/CPR certification required


• Work Ethic: Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
