As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, assisting them with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance for optimal use. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our mission to deliver high-quality health care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat about health care products.
• Assist customers with product selection, usage instructions, and resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
• Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for product improvement.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to remain knowledgeable about health care product offerings.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or a healthcare-related role is highly desirable.
