In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding automotive products and services, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information in Finnish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to automotive services, products, and warranties via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Provide customers with information regarding vehicle specifications, pricing, and service options.
• Assist customers with service requests, troubleshooting, and scheduling appointments.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Stay updated on automotive trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
