Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to aviation services, including flight information, ticketing, and regulations via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Provide updates on flight schedules, cancellations, and handling changes in travel plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
• Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
