Finnish Speaking Customer Service for Banking industry

In this position, you will assist clients with their banking inquiries and services while delivering exceptional support in Finnish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to banking services, accounts, loans, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Provide information on account management, products, and financial services opportunities.
• Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure a positive banking experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
• Stay informed on banking regulations and company products to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
