Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and protocols via phone, email, and live chat in Finnish.
• Provide clear and accurate information to clients about product usage, compliance, and industry guidelines.
• Assist with troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer queries.
• Accurately document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work alongside sales and product teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry developments and training opportunities to better assist clients.

• Fluency in Finnish (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the biotechnology or healthcare fields, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
