This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to support customers in navigating their inquiries related to construction services and products. As a key member of our team, you will communicate with clients in Finnish, ensuring they receive the information and assistance they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding construction services, project updates, and product specifications via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Provide detailed information and support for contract negotiations, project timelines, and materials.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer concerns and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless communication with clients.
• Keep updated on industry best practices and product knowledge to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and project management tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
