Job Description - Finnish Speaking Customer Service for Education & E-Learning industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and technology and are dedicated to supporting learners and educators. In this role, you will provide assistance in Finnish, helping customers navigate e-learning services and enhancing their overall experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding e-learning platforms, course offerings, and educational resources via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
  • Assist users with account setup, course registration, and technical issues.
  • Provide detailed information about educational programs, features, and user guidelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with educational and technical teams to improve service delivery and user experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to offer relevant assistance to customers.
  • Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students and educators.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and a good understanding of e-learning tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
