In this position, you will engage with clients in Finnish, assisting them with inquiries related to energy services and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to oil and gas services, tariffs, and operational support via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding service options, pricing, and regulations.
• Assist customers with account management and troubleshoot service-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and future reference.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide relevant assistance.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
