Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and accounts via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Provide information on banking options, investment opportunities, and financial regulations.
• Assist customers with account management, transaction queries, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
• Stay informed about financial industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant advice to customers.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or banking sector.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to explain complex financial information in clear and understandable terms.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial products and services is highly desirable.
