Finnish Speaking Customer Service for Food & Beverage industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. If you are passionate about food, hospitality, and providing outstanding customer service, this role is for you. You will assist customers by addressing their inquiries and enhancing their dining and purchasing experiences, all while communicating effectively in Finnish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Finnish.
• Provide information on menu items, nutrition, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and inquiries regarding delivery or service.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and courteously.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed on food and beverage trends to deliver relevant and engaging customer interactions.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food and beverage industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and provide timely responses.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and CRM software is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
