Finnish Speaking Customer Service for Healthcare industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer support and are dedicated to helping others in their healthcare journey. In this position, you will assist patients and clients with inquiries regarding healthcare services, insurance, and appointments, all while communicating effectively in Finnish.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointment scheduling, and insurance details via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Provide clear information about services, medical procedures, and patient rights.
• Assist patients with registration, account management, and resolving any concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure prompt resolution of patient requests and concerns.
• Stay informed about healthcare policies, programs, and services to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
