This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients in Finnish with inquiries related to accommodations, travel plans, and tourism services, ensuring that they receive a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and local tourism experiences via phone, email, and live chat in Finnish.
• Provide detailed information on services, promotions, and travel guidelines.
• Assist customers with reservation adjustments, cancellations, and special requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future support reference.
• Collaborate with various partners to streamline services and enhance customer experiences.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company services to provide relevant information.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
