Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to IT products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing clear guidance and solutions.
• Educate clients on product features, updates, and effective usage of IT solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and track issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends and product information to enhance customer service.

• Fluency in Finnish (oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the IT industry.
• A strong understanding of IT concepts, products, and services.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
