This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about logistics and want to provide top-notch support to customers while utilizing their language skills. You will be instrumental in ensuring that clients receive the assistance they need in Finnish, enhancing their overall experience in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipments, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Assist customers with order tracking, logistics options, and any necessary adjustments to their shipments.
• Provide detailed information on shipping procedures, delivery times, and service offerings.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and streamline operations.
• Keep updated on industry trends and company services to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to handle complex inquiries.
• Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
