Job Description - Finnish Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about media and entertainment and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to media services, streaming platforms, and entertainment content, all while communicating in Finnish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to media and entertainment services via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
  • Provide information about subscriptions, content availability, and account management.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, including streaming problems and account access.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any complex issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in media, entertainment, and technology to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the media and entertainment sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
