This role is ideal for individuals who have a keen interest in healthcare and pharmaceuticals and possess a strong commitment to customer service excellence. As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist clients and healthcare professionals in accessing essential information and support in Finnish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, services, and regulations via phone, email, and live chat in Finnish.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding product usage, side effects, and prescribed treatments.
• Assist healthcare professionals and patients with order processing, account management, and service-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about pharmaceutical developments and company offerings to deliver relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to customer interactions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer software applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
