Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a friendly and professional approach.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and retail trends to provide exceptional service.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Proven ability to solve problems and manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Aptitude for working in a dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality service.
