Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, including account management, billing, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Assist customers with service inquiries, changes, and troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Provide accurate information about product offerings, promotions, and service plans.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document all changes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
