Your Responsibilities:

• Source and engage with qualified candidates for diverse roles across various industries
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews in both Finnish and English
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately understand their staffing needs
• Maintain organized and detailed records within our candidate databases
• Support the recruitment process from start to finish to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Bring your creativity and ideas to enhance our talent acquisition strategies

• Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential for this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Self-motivated individuals who thrive in both independent and collaborative settings
• A proactive attitude and strong desire to learn are vital for success
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail are important
• No prior recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided
• Familiarity with online job boards and social media for sourcing candidates is beneficial
• Willingness to travel to Greece for a fully paid 3-month training program is required
