We are looking for a reliable and experienced Fire Alarm Installation Technician to join our growing team at Mann Fire & Security. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection of fire alarm systems in commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You'll play a key role in helping us deliver critical life safety solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and test fire alarm systems per NFPA, local codes, and manufacturer specifications
• Perform service, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on existing fire alarm systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and other trades
• Complete job reports, documentation, and system certifications

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with fire alarm systems
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and fire alarm regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction and electrical drawings
• Experience with systems such as EST, Notifier, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, or similar
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• NICET Certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
