Position Summary:

We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician with a background in restoration or construction. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping customers through emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform emergency water damage cleanup
• Work on both residential and commercial job sites
• Move and handle furniture with care
• Provide emergency board-up and roof tarping services
• Complete demolition tasks as needed
• Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment
• Document jobs accurately and communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Remain on-call for emergency response one week each month (24/7 availability during that week)

Requirements:

• Physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Remain on-call for emergency response one week each month (24/7 availability during that week)
• Work overtime based on company needs

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday – Day Shift
• On-call rotation (1 week/month)
• In person

Job Type:

• Full-time 32 – 48 per week
• Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour + bonus pay opportunities
