Fire Sprinkler Designer

Seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer with 3+ years of experience designing water-based fire protection systems for commercial and industrial projects. This role is responsible for developing shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, permit submittals, and material takeoffs while coordinating with contractors, engineers, field teams, and AHJs. Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of fire sprinkler design experience
• Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and applicable fire codes
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and hydraulic calculation software
• Experience designing wet, dry, preaction, and standpipe systems
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with multiple trades
• Strong understanding of sprinkler layouts, piping systems, and water supply analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• NICET Water-Based Systems Layout certification
• Revit and BIM experience
• Commercial and industrial project experience
