This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$105,000 (market-adjusted 10% increase) and focuses on preparing accurate, code-compliant estimates for commercial and industrial fire protection projects while supporting seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects in Commack, NY.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and fire protection scopes for accuracy and completeness.
• Price materials, labor, and subcontracted work to support competitive and profitable bids.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams during the bidding process.
• Support bid revisions, reviews, and smooth project handoff after award.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and pricing documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to clarify scope and project requirements.

• Proven experience estimating fire sprinkler or fire protection systems.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection project scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
