Fire Sprinkler Foreman

We’re hiring an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation teams on commercial and residential projects. This role blends hands-on installation with crew leadership and coordination to deliver code-compliant work on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Lead installation teams and apprentices on projects of all sizes
• Execute installations per fire sprinkler design plans and NFPA codes
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and design/purchasing teams
• Perform hands-on installation, operate lifts, and work at heights
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical data, and codes

• Proven experience installing and supervising fire sprinkler systems
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and jobsite safety
• Ability to lead crews, manage workflow, and solve field issues
• Clear communication with internal teams and contractors

Compensation

• $30 - $50 an hour, depending on experience
