Fire Sprinkler Service Quoter

We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Quoter who will be responsible for managing the deficiencies within Service Trade to create proposals. 

1. Communicate well with customers and technicians.
2. Maintain a good working relationship with AHJ.
3. Update spreadsheets and software with current pricing of parts.
4. Identify areas of needed for improvements and assist with developing a training regiment when needed.
5. Tum deficiencies into proposals with 36 hours of them being found.
6. Become a expert with Service Trade.
7. Needs to keep up with laws and trends to ensure repairs are cost effective for the customer.
8. Assist technicians when needed to ensure job is done correctly
9. Assist with design, layout, field surveys, an o r meetings as needed to secure a bid.
10. Follow up with customers on unapproved posals.
11. Responsible for the procurement of material, equipment, and supplies from projects
12. Provide an aggressive and proactive approach to customer needs
13. Maintain a professional and well groomed appearance
14. Be proficient in the use of a PC, specifically Google products and Service Trade.
15. Possess the ability to meet deadlines
16. Have good follow up a time management skills
17. Have the ability to work long hours when needed
18. Maintain and improve service technician project net profit targets
19. Must be good in written communication, spelling, and grammatically correct

Training and Certification Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of hand on experience in Fire Service
2. Nicet II or Equivalent- Water-based Fire Protection Inspection or Fire Alarm
3. Proficient in DynaFire office Hardware and software tools
4. Basic knowledge of fire sprinkler parts and an understanding of how a fire sprinkler system operates.
