Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable Service Technician to join our team. As the fireplace service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our Fireplace systems, networks, and equipment are operating at peak performance. You will also handle all service that support requests . Your role is vital to the smooth operation of our company and allowing us to reach our business goals. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. Salary is based on experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain office fireplaces are in working order

Set up in the field different kinds of fireplaces

Install and configure fireplace

Train customers in best practices in technology and how to use their fireplace and equipment

Qualifications

Previous experience as a fireplace Technician preferred but not necessary

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of data privacy and security

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
