Firework Tent Manager

You will be solely responsible for the tent, equipment, and inventory inside the tent. This is a temporary position beginning June 19th and ending July 5th. Having access to a camper or RV is highly recommended for this position. This position is commission based with no maximum earnings. (estimated earnings based on previous years - $2000 - $8000)

Daily duties include:

1. Ensure that all activities conform to Trexcon procedures.
2. Communicate effectively and appropriately with all customers.
3. React to change in productivity and handle other tasks as assigned. Remain flexible in daily routine.
4. Support the mission statement of Trexcon.
5. Give fast friendly customer service. 
6. Stocking and pricing product.
7. Have product knowledge. 

Requirements

1. Spending an extended amount of time outside.
2. Setting up and taking down tent.
3. Capable of working alone.
4. Prolonged standing
5. Physically able to manually move, lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects and materials up to and over 75lbs.
6. Bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders and stepstools.
