Summary Of Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary assistant to the RGM
• Run the night shift five nights a week, including Thursday through Saturday
• Ensure all employees complete required training
• Conduct nightly inventories of major SKUs
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold Burger King brand standards
• Ensure adherence to cash control and security procedures
• Provide coaching to enhance team capabilities and performance
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance routines
• Serve as Acting RGM in the RGM’s absence

Qualifications And Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required, college experience preferred
• At least 2 years of quick-service restaurant management experience
• Hold a ServSafe certification
• Understanding of cash control procedures
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
• Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Must have reliable transportation
