Job Description - First Impression Specialist

Job Duties:

Greeting and registering patients and customers in occupational medicine setting.

Updating demographic information within electronic systems.

Scheduling

Variety of clerical/front office functions.
- May be cross-trained to provide light clinical duties.

Other duties as necessary/ assigned.

As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA regulations and maintain annual required workplace trainings.
