First Impression Specialist - Receptionist – SPLASH Showroom | Nicklas Supply Inc.

SPLASH, a division of Nicklas Supply, is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our showroom. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks, in addition to delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors, creating a welcoming showroom experience


• Answer and route calls, manage appointments, and support customer inquiries


• Coordinate with Sales Designers to connect customers with the right resources


• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom environment


• Open/close showroom and ensure daily operational readiness


• Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, filing, and order assistance


• Manage customer logs, calendars, and showroom materials

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required); prior reception or admin experience preferred


• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills


• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)


• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Additional Details

• Saturday morning availability required


• Light lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and light cleaning duties included

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
