Job Description - First Impressions Coordinator

Lawyers Title of Kansas in Lansing serves our areas’ title needs by connecting with our customers, communicating details with them, committing to seeing the process through and meeting their needs while ensuring transactions are completed timely, and accurately, and keeping our team members engaged and challenged.

First Impressions Coordinator attributes & skills:
· An individual with a collaborative spirit that eagerly greets and assists customers and staff
· Ability to easily balance multiple tasks with constant interruptions
· An ability to genuinely connect and serve customers
· A sincere interest in best practices and efficiencies vs. that is the way we have always done it
· An eagerness to grow and learn
A day in the life of the First Impressions Coordinator

(front desk receptionist) :
· Warmly greet customers in person and via phone (route and answer calls)
Ensure the office is inviting and clean exhibiting a professional image
· Set up new orders in the software system
· Serve customers: route or process earnest monies, contracts, receipts, title orders, return recorded documents
· Various clerical duties
· Excellent grammar and communication skills
· Prior front desk office experience, 2 years required
· Detail orientated
· Exceptional customer focus and service
· Ability to work collaboratively and develop positive relationships with co-workers
· Ability to take initiative and give consistent and energetic effort
