We are seeking a reliable, professional, and service-minded First Mate to join the Ferrous crew. This role supports the Captain in operating the vessel and ensuring an exceptional guest experience on the water. The First Mate plays a critical part in maintaining the vessel, overseeing guest services, and upholding safety protocols. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on marine operations and high-end guest service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Captain with navigation, docking, and vessel operations during charters


• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew


• Maintain adherence to maritime regulations (local, state, and federal)


• Perform hands-on cleaning and upkeep, including routine maintenance


• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and fellow crew


• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a premium hospitality experience


• Execute safety and emergency procedures as required


• Support additional responsibilities as assigned by the Captain

Qualifications:

• Prior yacht or marine vessel experience preferred


• Understanding of vessel operations and maritime safety


• Service-oriented, adaptable team player with a strong work ethic


• Physically able to handle onboard tasks and demands


• Strong English communication skills; Spanish fluency preferrred


• Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation
