About the Job:  

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As an FIS Architect, you’ll play an integral role using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our projects.  

What You’ll Get to Do:  

• Architect end-to-end solutions using FIS platforms (e.g., Profile, Systematics, Horizon) to support digital transformation and core modernization initiatives


• Lead integration of FIS solutions within complex enterprise environments, including legacy and modern tech stacks


• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with banking products across deposits, lending, payments, and commercial banking


• Design scalable, secure solutions using API-driven integration and middleware platforms


• Apply enterprise architecture principles (e.g., TOGAF) to ensure systems are future-ready and compliant


• Provide guidance and architectural leadership across multi-disciplinary teams

What You’ll Bring with You:  

• 8+ years of experience in financial services with deep expertise in FIS core banking systems


• Proven track record architecting FIS-based solutions in enterprise-scale banking environments


• Strong understanding of banking operations and workflows across retail and commercial domains


• Expertise in API integrations, service-oriented design, and middleware platforms


• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF


• Willingness to work in the orlando office 2-3 days per week


• Nice to Have:
  Experience designing or migrating solutions on Microsoft Azure, including PaaS, hybrid cloud, and cloud-native architectures


• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or event-driven architecture patterns
