Company Description
Browne Trading Company of Portland, Maine is a leading supplier of fine caviar, fresh fish, and smoked seafood to elite restaurants and home kitchens across the US. The company offers overnight delivery of its products nationwide and operates a retail store in Portland, Maine.

This position involves preparing various fresh fish for shipment and managing seafood inventory under the Cooler Manager.

You'll cut, portion, and prepare seafood to meet our customer specifications. Knowledge of seafood processing (cutting, gutting, filleting, etc.) and experience with related tools and equipment are highly preferred, but we will train the right person.

Each month Browne Trading provides a company lunch for everyone! Our work week is Monday through Friday will early release on Fridays!

We have a great team here and looking for 'that' person to join us.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
