Fitbit Products Support Specialist Polish & English On Site

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Language Requirement: Fluent Polish + English
Working hours: 8 hours per day

Contract duration: 4 weeks onsite (training included)

Join our Customer Care team and help customers get the most out of their Fitbit products. As a Polish & English Support Specialist, youll assist with orders, deliveries, and product setup, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with Fitbit products, orders, and deliveries

• Provide guidance on product settings and troubleshooting

• Deliver friendly, solution-oriented support

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluent Polish and strong command of English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, empathetic approach to customer service

• Willingness to relocate to Sofia
