Job Description - Fitness Director GM

Are you a certified fitness professional with a passion for both training and leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Personal Training Sales Manager to drive PT sales and coach our team across two thriving locations: Workout Anytime Decatur & Workout Anytime Suwanee.

📍 Locations:

Decatur: 2836 Lavista Rd, Decatur

Suwanee: 2133 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, Suwanee

💼 Position Overview

This is a hybrid role focused on selling personal training packages and leading our personal training departments. You’ll be responsible for:

Closing new personal training sales

Following up with leads and conducting fitness consultations

Coaching and mentoring trainers

Monitoring KPIs and hitting revenue goals

Managing scheduling and performance across both gyms

Helping build and grow a top-tier training culture

✅ Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, or similar)

Proven experience in selling personal training packages

Strong communication and leadership skills

Self-motivated and able to manage time across locations

Able to work some evenings and some Saturdays

Reliable transportation between Decatur and Suwanee

💲 Compensation

Hourly pay + aggressive commission structure

Monthly performance bonuses
