Fitness Front Desk

• Open and close the fitness center each day as required
• Book, change and cancel appointments using our Point of Sale (JONAS) system 
• Greet everyone who enters and leaves fitness center facilities
• Provide detailed descriptions of professional services, treatments, packages, facility features and hours of operation, on-going programming, promotions and other fitness related items 
• Handle member and guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by Members and guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Able to work with and without direct supervision
• Must be a team player; Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and a proficient multi-tasker
• Is easy to approach and talk to; Naturally builds rapport well with Members, guests and co-workers
• Able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in hospitality and retail desirable
