About Our Client:
Our client's Corporate HQ Team is seeking to hire a Vice President of Training and Education to add to their growing team of professionals. Working for our client (the Franchisor), the Vice President of Training and Educations primary responsibility is to lead the strategy, tactics, and team that ensure franchisees have access to highly effective and comprehensive training and ongoing support.
Specifically, the VP will drive best-in-class franchise training and education by working across departments and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to develop a training curriculum that drives franchise performance across all aspects of the business. The VP will be tasked with both spearheading design and development of our curriculum and ensuring it is delivered via the most effective and efficient medium(s). Most importantly, the VP will be a thought leader on key opportunity areas for franchise training and education by analyzing performance and garnering feedback from the HQ team, franchisees, and franchise employees.
This position requires exceptional organizational and verbal/written communication skills (including public speaking and teaching groups of varying sizes), a strong desire to lead from the front to set a cultural example for the team, the ability to develop and iterate progressive and thoughtful curriculum, a track record of successful project management and collaboration across teams, fastidious attention to detail, and a performance-driven desire for achieving success. Location and Travel Requirements:
Some travel will be required for in-person trainings and other company functions. Trainings will occur in Austin, TX at headquarters, as well as onsite at studios or presale locations. Depending on in-person training demand, in-person training and resulting travel may range from an estimated 15-75% of any given month, and the lower and higher end of that range may persist for long periods.
