Fitness Sales Associate

Anytime Fitness – Rohnert Park, California

We are seeking a Fitness Sales Associate at our Rohnert Park location.  A perfect applicant will have a passion for fitness, a desire to help others get to a healthier place and a positive demeanor that will contribute to our personable brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, enjoy sales and building a great culture in the club.

Position is part-time.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop leads through referrals, telephone, text, community outreach and special events.


• Follow up with leads, set appointments and provide club tours as required to close prospects.


• Ensure an exceptional membership experience including maintaining club cleanliness. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make each member's and guest's experience exceptional!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• 1+ years retail sales experience


• Familiar with using the latest computer programs


• Willing to work hard to build a terrific culture in the club


• Passion for health and fitness
