Responsibilities:

· Manage vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

· Oversee cash flow for payables and payroll.

· Maintain meticulous Fixed Asset records and ensure proper capitalization.

· Assist with general ledger accounting functions and month-end close.

· Generate insightful financial reports to support informed decision-making.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Customer Service, etc.)

· Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or business Administration (Accounting focus).

· Proven experience (5+ years) in Accounts Payable, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including PivotTables) and Oracle.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

Note:

This role is On-site; thus, open to in/around/near Wilmerding, PA.

Pay Details:

$40.00 per hour
